Summary:

Highly efficient, detail-oriented, and reliable, with proficiency in computer software such as Word, Excel, and Practice Management Software. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Computer proficient (Word, Excel, and Practice Management Software - Modernizing Medicine experience is a plus)
- Inventory management, stocking, and supplying ordering as needed.
- EXCELLENT phone etiquette/customer service
- All other job duties as assigned.
- Attend all required meetings and training as outlined by Bare Dermatology.
- Complete paperwork and other tasks as outlined by Bare Dermatology.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
- Experience:
- Dermatology: 2 years (Preferred)
- ModMed PM: 2 years (Preferred)
- Customer Service Related
- Skills: Knowledge of EMA/ModMed software strongly preferred
Work Environment:
This position will be based on site in one of our clinics.
Physical Demands:
