Summary:
The Licensed Aesthetician will be responsible for providing high-quality aesthetic treatments and outstanding patient experience while adhering to all state laws and regulations
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess individual needs, discuss treatment options, and establish realistic expectations.
- Develop customized treatment plans based on client goals, anatomy, and aesthetic preferences with the goal of generating repeat clientele.
- Perform laser treatments with precision and care.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of skin anatomy, physiology and aesthetic principles to achieve optimal results for clients.
- Recommend appropriate skin care products to support the clients skin care treatments and goals.
- Incorporate use of social media to market the brand and aesthetic services.
- Generate and maintain a client base.
- Assist in generating marketing promotions.
- Represent our brand and services at various events, can be outside normal business hours.
- Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
- Maintains the patient’s medical records detailing all treatment procedures, medication history, and education materials distributed, in a timely manner.
- Straightens and cleans exam rooms after patient visits.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in aesthetic medicine, including emerging trends, techniques, and products.
- Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to ensure seamless coordination of care and exceptional patient experiences.
- Flexible to work across multiple locations.
- Additional job duties may be requested by the Medical Director and Aesthetic leadership.

Qualifications:
- Education:
- Current Aesthetician license in good standing in Texas.
- Licensed Laser Hair Removal Technician
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with aesthetic lasers, with a strong emphasis on IPL and Moxi treatments, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, preferably in a dermatology or plastic surgery setting.
- Skills:
- Strong commitment to safety and infection control practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with patients.
- Comfortable with social media platforms and adept at creating and posting educational content.
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to drive with valid state driver’s license
- Certifications/Licenses: Proficiency in operating and maintaining aesthetic laser equipment. LSO certified preferred.
Work Environment:
This position primarily operates at different clinic locations.
