Duties

- Operate POS system for order processing, sales transactions, and cash handling
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas, including proper food handling and bussing duties
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service and minimize wait times
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring food safety compliance
- Support team members with general restaurant duties such as cleaning, organizing workstations, and ensuring a welcoming environment
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation within a quick service restaurant
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy
- Previous restaurant or café experience is highly desirable; retail or grocery store background is a plus
