Overview
Property owner seeking a private landscaper for three properties in Salida.
Seasonal Position from April - October: Seeking landscape maintenance for three properties in Salida. Three visits per month (2x at main property, 1x at other properties). All three properties are located within downtown Salida. All have established mature landscaping, so maintenance is needed from April-October.
Responsibilities
Main Property: 2 visits per month:
- Maintain Sprinklers (on/off seasonally), repair as needed
- Trim shrubs & smaller trees, as needed
- Weed beds and cracks in pavers, etc
- Mow & edge during summer
- Add mulch as needed (owner covers materials)
- Clean up & haul off any debris in yard (sticks, limbs, grass clippings, includes dog poop! Bags provided)
- Collect and haul off leaves in fall
- Maintain and winterize fountain at the end of the season
Other Properties : 1 visit per month (both xeriscaped and on same lot):
- Weed as needed
- Add additional xeriscaping materials as needed (owner covers materials)
Requirements
Landscaper must have references and experience with landscaping. Background check required.
Pay and Time Expectations
Pay is $600 per month, $200 per visit x 3 visits per month, to maintain all three properties. Not all services listed above need to be provided at each visit. It’s estimated that each visit would take 2-3 hours but could be more or less. The properties need to be maintained with whatever is needed at each visit. Owner will pay an additional fee for any materials needed (mulch, xeriscaping rocks, etc).
Pay: $600.00 per month
