Job Description
Responsible for filling and maintaining ice wells for bartenders, restocking beer and liquor as needed, as well as changing kegs. Bar backs are also responsible for prepping, storing, rotating, and stocking all garnishes for the bartenders. Bar backs should not need to told, or asked, to get something, instead they should have a constant awarnes of what's on hand in the bar and what's needed BEFORE a bartender runs out of anything and/or needs to ask for it.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to stand for long period so time, lift 50 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
- You must have organizational and time management skills and demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
- Help maintance cleanliness behind bars both during and after service
- Restocking and organization of beer coolers
