What are the responsibilities and job description for the BARBACK position at Barcade Llc?
The barback assists the bartenders in restocking and maintaining the cleanliness of the space throughout the shift. The barback also represents the Barcade brand and as such is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable of the brand and it’s unique offerings.
Duties and responsibilities
- Restock ice, glassware, juices, purees, and paper goods as necessary.
- Retrieve and wash glassware, dishes, and utensils.
- Deliver food orders to customers
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in a fast paced bar setting.
- Working knowledge of craft beer.
- Interest in vintage arcade games.
- A passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
