We are seeking a compassionate and skilled School Psychologist to support students' academic, social-emotional, and behavioral success within our school-based programs. This role partners with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive evaluations, consultation, intervention planning, and crisis support services. The School Psychologist plays a critical role in helping students thrive by ensuring data-informed, individualized, and evidence-based supports are implemented in a safe and inclusive learning environment.

What You'll Have:

  • Master's Degree or Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) in School Psychology or a closely related field required; Doctorate preferred.
  • Two to five years of experience providing school psychology services in K-12 or specialized educational settings preferred.
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations, participating in IEP development, and providing consultation and behavioral support.
  • Experience supporting students with intellectual disabilities, autism, and/or behavioral health needs strongly preferred.
  • Valid Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) School Psychologist Certificate (PK-12) or the ability to obtain certification within an established timeframe.
  • Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) credential preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency driving requirements for business-related travel.
  • Successful completion of all required clearances, fingerprinting, and background checks.

A Typical Day May Include:

  • Conducting psychoeducational assessments, re-evaluations, observations, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
  • Administering, scoring, and interpreting standardized assessment tools.
  • Preparing comprehensive evaluation reports and presenting findings to families and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Participating in IEP meetings and recommending appropriate academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports.
  • Consulting with teachers, administrators, and families regarding interventions, accommodations, and behavior support strategies.
  • Collaborating with speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, nursing staff, and consulting psychiatry to support student needs.
  • Assisting with crisis response efforts, including risk assessments, safety planning, and follow-up support.
  • Collecting and reviewing student data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Providing coaching and guidance to school staff on evidence-based behavioral and educational practices.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with IDEA, Section 504, and state regulations.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development and staying current on school psychology best practices and ethical standards.
  • Supporting a safe, positive, and inclusive educational environment for all students.
