CNC Plasma operator
We are looking to fill afternoon shift, Monday through Thursday, 10 hour shift with overtime on Fridays as needed. $2.00 per hour shift differential plus $1.00 per hour increase after 90 days, based on performance.
Summary: Responsible for the set‑up and operation of plasma burn table by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Sets up and operates plasma burn table.
- Abides by all safety rules and regulations and performs work safely
- Positions work piece onto table using an overhead crane or tow motor
- maintains an accurate and efficient production level
- Sets up and operates all phases of the burn table
- loads and unloads, lifts and moves heavy material from burn table
- Reports production discrepancies to management.
- Maintains tools and equipment in a clean, orderly and safe manner.
- Complies with company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Good attendance is required for this position.
Position Requirements
- Experience in Plasma cutting ( 1-year )
- Good attendance Required
- Overhead crane experience preferred Detail oriented
- Tow motor experience preferred
