Senior Credit Analyst

Bring your experience as a trained, tested, and proven commercial credit analyst having already worked for a banking credit department: capable of communicating effectively, analyzing with depth and accuracy, underwriting intelligently, meeting deadlines, and possessing the capacity to assist junior credit analysts develop the analysis and underwriting skills you already have.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelors degree (the degree area is less important than your existing experience as a commercial credit analyst)

· 2 years of existing commercial credit analysis and underwriting experience (must have worked directly in a commercial loan production capacity with loan officers and a loan underwriting environment),

· Proven experience working with financial statements, tax returns, performing financial analysis and preparing spreads,

· Sound writing skills and the ability to prepare loan presentations succinctly and efficiently,

· Ability and willingness to communicate effectively and fluently with commercial loan officers and other loan related staff with English as your primary language.

Job Location and Hours: 101 3rd Ave, Baraboo, Wisconsin; Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Work-life balance and flexibility are considered within reason.
