The Role
We’re looking for a baker to support and grow our pastry and bread program, including sourdough, cookies, and rotating seasonal items. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both precision and creativity.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and bake pastries, cookies, and sourdough loaves. Execute daily prep and production schedules. Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation. Keep a clean, organized workspace.
What We’re Looking For
Baking or pastry experience (professional or strong home background). Strong attention to detail and consistency. Ability to work independently and stay on task. Takes pride in cleanliness and organization. Reliable and steady. Full time or Part time considered. Early morning availability.
Compensation
Base pay: $14/hour
Tips: ~$4–6/hour historical average
Expected total: $16/hour minimum
