Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Service Advisor located near Peoria, IL. The Service Advisor will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. Core responsibilities include consulting with customers regarding their automotive maintenance and repair needs, providing timely updates on service progress, and ensuring customer satisfaction through outstanding communication. The Service Advisor will also facilitate coordination between the customer and automotive repair technicians to deliver high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Vehicle Maintenance and a strong understanding of Automotive Repair processes
- Proven track record of excellent Customer Service and a dedication to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of automotive software systems is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in the automotive industry is an advantage
