What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ultrasound Tech PRN position at Baptisthealth?
Performs various ultrasonography procedures in the following settings and times: Emergency patients, inpatients as well as outpatients, Ultrasound within the operating room, and beside examinations. Provide verbal consultation of exam findings with the Emergency room physicians as well as the Radiologist. This role will require working a rotation of weekends, holidays as well as being on call
Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required:
Associate in Applied Science or Diploma from an accredited Sonography or Radiology program. Must be ARDMS or ARRT(S) Registered or Registry eligible. If registry eligible, employee must become registered within 24 months of hire. BLS required. EXPERIENCE: Vascular, abdominal and OB/GYN experience preferred.
