What are the responsibilities and job description for the Radiologic Tech- Radiology- PRN position at Murray?
The Radiologic Technologist works under the direct supervision of the Radiology Director and reports to the Director and/or Assistant Director. The Radiologic Technologist operates a variety of radiological equipment for diagnostic purposes in the detection of disease and injury. He or she upholds the mission and vision of Murray Calloway County Hospital and follows all hospital policies and departmental procedures.
Minimum Education
Graduate of an accredited Radiological Technology program or equivalent.
Graduate of an accredited Radiological Technology program or equivalent.
Minimum Work Experience
Two years post graduate Radiologic experience preferred in a hospital setting.
Two years post graduate Radiologic experience preferred in a hospital setting.
Required Licenses
ARRT registered or registry eligible.
Must hold a radiation operator's license in the state of Kentucky.
Current CPR.
