- Define and uphold standards for nursing practice to ensure exceptional patient care
- Collaborate on strategic planning, budgeting, and operational initiatives
- Lead a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering compassionate, efficient, and evidence-based care
- Promote transparency, collaboration, and accountability across clinical teams
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for nursing personnel
- Evaluate nursing staff performance and productivity regularly
- Direct training and competency validation for CMAs, LPNs, and RNs
- Champion team-based care models and continuous improvement in care delivery
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements
- May oversee risk management, utilization review, and reimbursement processes
