Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with corporate teams to support and guide HR operations, including recruitment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals.
- Serve as an internal consultant to leadership, providing data-driven insights and HR expertise.
- Administer employee engagement surveys and develop action plans to improve satisfaction.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including coordination with legal counsel on EEOC and other matters.
- Oversee orientation and training programs to support employee development and cultural alignment.
- Manage HR budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and organizational information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions and lead teams effectively.
