Job Summary
Baptist Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Director Assistant to support the Heart Center Operations Administrative team. This role provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support while working closely with leaders across multiple levels of the organization.Shift: Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)Director's Assistant, Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support for the Medical Administrative Director/Heart Center Manager.
- Types correspondence, reports, and other documents, coordinates and schedules meetings, attends and takes minutes for Cardiology business meetings.
- Updates and maintains documents and forms on computer.
- Performs timekeeping for Heart Center/EKG.
- Maintains calendar, opens mail and assists with communication to staff (posting notices, distributing info.) for department head.
Experience Requirements:
- 2-3 years of Office experience preferably healthcare
- Proficient in Microsoft Office system, Teams
- Able to learn multiple computer systems to support service line functions
Education & Credential Requirements:
- High School Diploma (required)
- Associate of Arts/Science (preferred)
