What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Manager PRN position at Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville?
Coordinates and supervises the activities of Nursing and Hospital personnel on the day, evening, and night shifts to maintain continuity of 24-hour quality nursing care.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required, B.S.N preferred. Current KY RN license is required. BCLS required. ACLS and PALS required within 3 months. Avade workplace violence prevention training (Level III) required after hire, not to exceed 3 months, and maintained annually. Training provided in-house. ***current employees as of April 12, 2024 will be allowed 1 year to obtain***
EXPERIENCE: Five years of varied nursing experience with demonstrated leadership ability required.
