Summary: The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex and high-visibility projects across the organization. This role includes detailed project planning, cross-functional team leadership, risk and issue management, and ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to quality expectations. The Senior Project Manager will engage stakeholders at all levels, monitor project performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery. This position requires strong judgment, advanced project management capabilities, and the ability to navigate challenges in a dynamic environment. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.
Education/Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree in a field of study relevant to the current position is preferred. Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in a similar or related role required; however, candidates with an equivalent combination of experience, education, certification, and demonstrated proficiency in a similar or related role will also be considered.
License/Certification
Two or more current, industry standard certifications for information technology or project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is preferred.
