Education/Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related field preferred. Minimum 8 years’ experience in clinical applications support, including at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing service delivery and support functions within a healthcare or similar complex environment.
Licensure/Certification
One or more current, industry standard role-specific certifications (Cerner, Epic, etc.) preferred.
