Summary: The Executive Assistant shall be responsible to provide high-level administrative support directly to the VP. The Executive Assistant shall work independently performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and clerical support duties. This individual shall handle a wide range of administrative and support tasks, and independently initiate and implement processes to manage projects, information, and people. The Assistant will conduct research and information gathering on behalf of the VP. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will develop positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.
Education / Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required. Degree in Business Administration preferred. At least 2 years’ hospital experience preferred. Minimum 2 years’ clerical experience required. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
