BAPS is now looking to hire a Full-time Regional Operations Manager in our Northern Region. This position will cover Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, and other areas as we continue to grow.
The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for operations in their assigned region. The Regional Operations Manager trains, coaches, and develops store personnel. Responsibilities also include helping to increase profit and providing key leadership to Store Managers in the region.
BAPS provides on-the-job training and a supportive leadership team to help you succeed and excel within our company!
Regular Business Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
NO WEEKENDS!!!
Annual Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
