Job Summary
A talented Booth Maintenance Technician is needed to join the DownForce Air Solutions team, where you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality paint booths and air piping installations meet our customers' needs. Your role will include servicing customers by cleaning and maintaining customer paint booths as well as air piping and compressor installations/maintenance.
Responsibilities:
• Load company vehicles with necessary equipment, tools, and supplies for daily work
• Verify vehicle inventories to ensure readiness for job sites
• Set-up equipment at job sites and pressure wash paint booth cabins, grates, and floors
• Vacuum excess water from floors and clean paint booth pits, including lifting grates, shoveling old paint/debris, and pumping excess water/material from pits
• Thoroughly clean booth exhaust systems, replace ceiling filters, re-caulk booth seams, and apply spray-on coatings
• Perform thorough inspections of booth belts, seals, lights, and ballasts and sand booth walls with an air-powered sander
• Deliver exceptional customer service and prepare booth cleaning quotes and receipts for customers
• Assist with air compressor and piping installations, maintenance, and removals
