Location: Flushing, NY
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Pay: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)
Bao’s Pastry is a popular Chinese bakery known for fresh egg tarts and pastries. Our Flushing store is busy and fast-paced, and we are looking for reliable team members to join our Front of House team.
What You'll Do
Front-of-house staff may rotate between different stations depending on daily needs:
- Cashier – Take customer orders and process payments
- Product Restocking – Refill pastry displays and keep products organized
- Egg Tart Station – Pack egg tarts and assist with pastry packaging
- Customer Line Support – Help manage the line and assist customers outside the store
Tasks will be assigned by the shift leader.
What We're Looking For
- Able to speak English and Chinese
- Friendly and responsible
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume bakery environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Food service or bakery experience preferred (training provided)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Schedule

- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
