Job Summary:

Banzai, the nation’s premier financial education software company, is seeking full-time applicants for a Customer Success Manager. Your main purpose will be to help build and nurture relationships with our customers and ensure their success with our products. You will act as a trusted advisor, manage all aspects of the client lifecycle and drive product adoption and customer satisfaction. This role is based in Provo, UT.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships based on trust and mutual understanding
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives, challenges and needs, and proactively identify how our products and services can best support their goals
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support, guidance and strategic recommendations to maximize the value the receive from our offerings
  • Manage all aspects of the client lifecycle, including onboarding, regular check-ins, business reviews and contract renewals
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, engineering, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery and client needs promptly and efficiently

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years customer facing role, preferably in customer success or account management
  • Experience managing post-sale relationships and driving retention
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft and Google Suite
  • Comfortable speaking over the phone and video chat
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
  • Track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Occasional travel may be required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Adobe, Slack
  • Experience with B2B or fintech environment
