Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations for the property, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy rates.
- Manage all financial aspects of the property, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Foster strong relationships with residents, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Recruit, train, and manage on-site staff, providing leadership and ensuring a high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely and effective responses to resident needs.
This position requires a proactive leader with exceptional communication skills and a passion for creating quality living experiences.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in luxury multifamily housing.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in using property management software, with Yardi experience being a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for effective relationship building.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of customer service and accountability.
- In-depth knowledge of local housing laws and regulations, with a focus on Fair Housing compliance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
