Banton is seeking to immediately hire an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Manager. Proven prior experience is required. The successful candidate must have 5 to 10 years of demonstrated commercial construction project management experience.
The Project Manager will oversee the scope, schedule, and budget for a given project and will be responsible for managing the project team. The candidate must possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to constantly multi-task and handle competing priorities, strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills. The role will also entail the ability to work effectively as the client representative within a team consisting of design professionals, construction management firms, outside clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Proficiency in Procore is strongly preferred.
The candidate will be based in our Main Office in North Haven, CT and travel to project sites throughout the region. Previous experience working with CTDOT and/or Metro-North and/or Amtrak Railroads is a huge plus. This is a 100% in-person role and requires a 50-hour work week.
