Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and provide an exceptional first impression
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently
- Handle patient enquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks
- Support patients throughout their journey, ensuring comfort and satisfaction
- Liaise with clinicians and dental nurses to coordinate smooth clinic operations
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality
Requirements
- Previous experience in dental reception or customer-facing roles preferred
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using dental software (experience with Dentally is a plus)
- Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude
- Passionate about delivering a positive patient experience
