Supply Chain Master Data Analyst
IMCD US currently has an opening for a Supply Chain Master Data Analyst. This role is based in
our Corporate Headquarters in Westlake, Ohio. This is a hybrid role, candidates must be based in the Greater Cleveland area to be considered for the role.

The Master Data Analyst is responsible for efficient and accurate creation and maintenance of
master data in JD Edwards and related systems.
Successful Candidates Will Be Responsible To
Owns the item setup process for supply chain including gathering information from our
Principals and submitting within Salesforce system.
Owns the item branch setup process for supply chain and ensures accurate input of
master data into system.
Responsible for identifying missing Certificate of Analysis (CoA) documents and
retrieving from Principals. Supports coverage of uploading into document storage
database.
Responsible for entering receipts into JDE for non-EDI warehouses and supporting
verification process for EDI warehouses.
Conducts periodic data validation between systems, identifying gaps, and working to
resolve.
Supports master data cleanup efforts to ensure a 100% accurate supply chain database.
Gathers necessary master data information from various internal departments and
external parties.
Utilizes Tableau to run weekly reports and input data into KPI master file.
Supports management of open NCRs and acts as communication liaison between HSEQ
and Supply Chain departments.
Provides coverage of other supply chain roles as assigned.
Collaborates with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Service, Sales Support, and
Finance to continuously improve existing processes.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
