Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: 20770 W Market St suite 106 Buckeye, AZ 85396
Incentives: $20,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (3 evenings until 6 pm)
Compensation: Salaried, starting at $80,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program

You’ll join a fun, supportive team that includes another PT and a PTA, treating a wide mix of orthopedic patients along with higher‑functioning individuals with neurological diagnoses. - Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification
