The Role
To represent the company in a professional manner when greeting customers and the general public on the phone or in person, ensuring that they are directed to someone who can provide them with assistance.
Some of What You'll Do
- Greets the customer when they come into the company, determines their needs, and directs them to the appropriate person
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Performs designated clerical duties and maintains assigned records, filed, and reports
What You Bring
- A high school degree or GED Is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably one in a front desk/receptionist role is desirable.
