The Role
The Practice Manager will be a part of the leadership team and responsible for overseeing major aspects of the business including human resources and team management, inventory and financial management, strategic planning and operations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Human Resources & Team Management — recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staff scheduling, performance management, and cultivating a strong team culture
- Financial & Inventory Management — budgeting, financial reporting, payroll oversight, and inventory/vendor coordination
- Strategic Planning & Operations — day-to-day operational oversight, process improvement, and contributing to long-term growth plans
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of people management / leadership experience (required)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and business management abilities
- QuickBooks Online experience (highly desired)
- Veterinary industry experience (preferred)
- Higher education (preferred)
