What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Lead FRAMING CARPENTER position at Banks and Son Builders?
MUST BE ABLE TO LEGALLY WORK IN THE US. NO EXCEPTIONS.
1. Must be able to read and interpret architectural plans with minimal supervision and frame wood construction homes and renovations
2. Must be able to install windows and doors
3. Must have own tools and transportation
4. Must have a MINIMUM of 5 years framing experience and be able to lead a crew
Starting pay is $30-$35 per hour depending on experience
DEBE TENER PERMISO LEGAL PARA TRABAJAR EN LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS. SIN EXCEPCIONES. 1. Debe ser capaz de leer e interpretar planos arquitectónicos con mínima supervisión y construir estructuras de madera para casas y realizar renovaciones. 2.
