- Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and assist with court date reminders or deadlines
- Handle clerical tasks including data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records
- Support office management by ordering supplies, managing inventory, and overseeing general administrative duties
- Utilize computer skills to prepare correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Provide customer support by addressing client questions professionally and ensuring their needs are met efficiently
Skills
- Proven experience in front desk operations and multi-line phone system management
- Bilingual proficiency to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
- Strong office management capabilities with excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
