Position Summary
Focus of this role will be to provide operational support for the Commercial Lending Department at 53rd Street.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist with loan servicing and customer questions
• Facilitate closing schedules with attorneys, realtors and lenders
• Assist lenders in obtaining updated financial items from customers
• Assist Lenders with scanning and filing including electronic filing of documents
• Processing payments
• Track organize and maintain a pre application list
• Assist with Insurance monitoring and processing as needed
• Paid note processing including preparation of Payoff Quotes & Releases
• Assisting customers with loan side account verifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Excellent customer service and ability to problem solve

Working Conditions
In office work with exposure to some noise. Bending, stooping, and minimal lifting required up to 10lbs. Sitting, standing, and walking required.
Background
Education Required H.S. or equivalent
Preferred Associate’s Degree or Trade Certifications
Experience Preferred Previous banking experience
