Agricultural Business Development Manager

Job Summary
A highly skilled and experienced professional is required to establish, maintain, and maximize relationships with existing and potential agricultural and business customers. The ideal candidate will develop a loan portfolio in a compliant manner, creating strong quality credit relationships for BankNorth. Key responsibilities include negotiating terms, structuring loan financing, and presenting credits for approval. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Negotiating and structuring loan financing within lending limits and presenting credits for approval.
2. Maintaining the loan portfolio with sufficient sound documentation and minimal compliance exceptions.
3. Developing new business through relationship-building and identifying opportunities.
4. Collecting delinquent accounts in a timely manner following bank policies and procedures.
5. Maximizing bank profitability through pricing of new loan originations and selling of bank products and services.

Requirements
