What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with clients to assess their needs and offer tailored insurance and financial strategies
- Earn commission on new business, based on a percentage of the first-year premium
- Continue to earn through renewal commissions on in-force policies
- Receive leads, digital tools, and ongoing training to support business development
- Work toward securities licensing and financial advisory if desired
