The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Advisor to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to attract, retain, and advise clients, while thriving in an independent, high-performing environment.

This individual should bring a book of business of at least $20 million in AUM that can be transitioned and serviced independently within our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and wealth advisory services to clients.
- Transition and service an existing book of business within Metcalf Partners’ infrastructure.
- Develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and business development.
- Collaborate with the firm’s partners and professional team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, ideally in wealth management or financial planning.
- Active Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65),7, or 6 licenses required.
- Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
- Strong financial planning and investment acumen.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow within an independent, team-oriented firm.
