Job Details Job Description Summary Focus on the operations of the sales unit and the recruitment and development of sales agents to achieve established goals and objectives. Job Description Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities: UFT & USV accountabilities in addition to the following Should consistently write business in the field Develop and manage sales activities. Assure that compliance goals & requirements are met by all agents in the unit. Develop applicant flow and business flow. Accountable to develop additional Unit Sales Managers within branch / satellite branch. Recruit, select, and train all unit agents; develop a consistent flow of qualified applicants to the position of sales agents with the best potential for future success.
