Our community bank is looking for a CSR Supervisor at our Portage location to help lead daily teller operations, support branch staff, and ensure every customer receives friendly, accurate, and efficient service.

What You’ll Do

•         Supervise, coach, and support teller staff to provide excellent customer service and accurate transaction processing.
•         Oversee daily teller line operations, including cash handling, balancing, vault responsibilities, and adherence to bank procedures.
•         Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, account inquiries, and other routine banking needs.
•         Help train new and existing team members on teller procedures, customer service expectations, and operational standards.
•         Partner with branch leadership to support branch goals, identify customer needs, and promote a positive team environment.

What We’re Looking For

•         Previous teller or retail banking experience required; supervisory or lead experience preferred.
•         Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•         Ability to lead by example, support team development, and maintain a positive branch environment.
•        Comfort working with banking systems and standard office technology.
•         Knowledge of bank policies, procedures, security practices, and compliance expectations preferred.
•         High school diploma or equivalent required; additional banking, leadership, or financial services training is a plus.
