What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR Part Time - Community Bank of Portage position at Bank of Wisconsin Dells?
In this customer-facing role, you’ll help customers with everyday banking needs, accurately process transactions, and create the welcoming, personal experience our customers value. If you enjoy helping people, paying attention to details, and being part of a local team, we’d love to meet you. This position works 20–29 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Previous cash-handling or banking experience is helpful, but not required.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service
- Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other customer transactions
- Handle, count, and balance cash
- Answer questions and connect customers with the right banking products and services
