This position is responsible for team development, customer and community relationships, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive deposit growth, lending production, and overall branch performance
- Build and maintain strong customer, business, and community relationships
- Monitor branch performance and achieve sales and service goals
- Representing the bank at community events and networking opportunities
- Lead, coach, and develop branch team members
- Conduct performance conversations and support employee development
- Ensure operational accuracy, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
- Resolve complex customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Promote teamwork and exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 years of retail management experience
- Lending experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Strong knowledge of retail banking products, services, and branch operations
- Proven ability to drive sales and business development
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Salary Range:
The base salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, compensation may include performance-based incentives, bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.
