Job Description
As a valued Employee of Bank of Milton/Bank of Edgerton you play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service during every interaction. Expectations for this position require the ongoing focus of building solid and long lasting relationships by engaging all customers in a positive manner. Our goal is to deliver outstanding service to every customer, every time. Applicant will need to be available Monday-Friday and some Saturdays.
Primary Position Responsibilities
Knowledge of network computers/software and other equipment necessary to process transactions
Accept deposits of cash and/or checks
Process withdrawals and cash checks
Accept loan payments
Sell cashier’s checks, money orders and gift/travel cards
Balance cash drawer
Collect information needed for wire transfers
Answer telephones and assist customers
Participate in on-going training and staff meetings
Major Skills and Competencies
Must possess strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to help people
Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
Must have reliable attendance
Must possess basic math skills
Must have a professional appearance and manner
