The Loan Boarding Associate supports the accurate and timely setup of loans into the bank’s core system following closing. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to develop a strong foundation in lending support and loan operations within a community banking environment. This position works closely with internal partners to ensure loans are boarded correctly and in accordance with bank policy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
Professional Experience:
- 6 months – 1 year related experience and/or training.
Educational/Professional Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and/or one year certificate from college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience

The hiring pay range for this position is $24.05 to $32.47. In addition to the pay range listed, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role. The pay rate for a successful applicant depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
