What are the responsibilities and job description for the Universal Banker (New Accounts & Teller) position at Bank of Eastern Oregon?
Bank of Eastern Oregon is now hiring for a full-time Universal Banker (also known as Customer Service Rep) at our Caldwell, ID branch. Looking for someone excited to offer excellent customer service while assisting our customers with their banking needs.
Persons in this position will service and open all types of new accounts with customers and also process a variety of basic customer service account transactions, such as receiving checks & cash for deposit, cashing checks, processing requests for cashier checks, verifying account balances and actively cross sell bank products and services. Must provide prompt, courteous, and friendly service with the highest level of confidentiality. Previous cash handling experience and proficient use of computers required, in addition to 1 years of banking experience with a working knowledge of bank services.
Schedule will be: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday-Friday.
