Job Overview

Duties
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Administer medication as prescribed and ensure proper medication management.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in health status to appropriate personnel.
- Assist clients with mobility and transportation needs.
- Prepare meals and assist with dietary requirements as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Support clients in engaging in social activities and maintaining their independence.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.
- Light Housekeeping Tasks
Qualifications
- Experience in long-term care, home health, or assisted living settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of working with people with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with vital signs monitoring and first aid procedures.
- Certification in home care or senior care is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
