Overall Function: The Client Services Representative will provide superior customer service and communication to new and existing customers, processing deposit and withdrawal requests, balancing teller drawer and vault on a daily basis, and processing a variety of other transactions as needed.
Nature and Scope: Reports to Teller Supervisor
Specific Responsibilities:
- Accept deposits for checking, savings, certificate of deposits and loan payments. Verify cash and check endorsements following proper bank procedures. Cash checks and process savings withdrawals. Issue official checks, assist with wire transfers and process cash advances. Balance cash drawer multiple times per day following the proper cash limits approved by the Board of Directors. Assist the Accounting Officer with various tasks including but not limited to reconcilements and account research. Assist cleints with all banking and bookkeeping needs.
- Greet and welcome all clients to Bank of Bozeman in a timely manner both in the lobby and on the phone.
- Maintain a basic knowledge of deposit products and non-deposit products. Attend periodic training sessions and stay abreast of new policy, procedures, rules, and regulations. Complete required online lessons.
- Make recommendations to the supervisor about possible methods to improve the department and/or Bank.

To perform this position successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and must be knowledgeable and experienced in bank operations and accounting. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School graduate
Cash handling experience, experience with FISERV Premier and Teller helpful but not required.
