Bridger Veterinary Specialists (BVS) is hiring several Client Services Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing team. We are specifically seeking candidates available to work Full Time shifts as we continue expanding our 24-hour specialty care services.

In this role, you’ll be the welcoming presence that ensures every client and patient feels cared for, supported, and informed. As a key team member at our front desk, you will help deliver an exceptional experience for clients traveling from all over Montana and surrounding states.

Our recently expanded 22,000 sq. ft. hospital offers state-of-the-art specialty services, including MRI, Radiation Therapy, Neurology, Ophthalmology, and more. We are proud of our culture of excellence, compassion, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do:

· Greet clients warmly and guide them and their pets to the correct exam rooms

· Build trusting relationships with clients, patients, and referring veterinary clinics

· Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications

· Create and maintain client/patient charts; gather medical records and diagnostics before appointments

· Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and exam rooms

· Check clients in and out, take deposits, and discuss payment options with professionalism

· Communicate clearly and efficiently across all departments

· Respond to emails, enter lab results, and maintain accurate digital records

· Use veterinary software confidently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

· Address client concerns or complaints with empathy, clarity, and follow-through

Preferred Qualifications:

· 2 years of experience in a veterinary hospital or client service environment

· Familiarity with veterinary software and medical records

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality

· Ability to navigate multiple priorities with accuracy and grace
