We are seeking a Regional Growth Manager to join our team! The Regional Growth Manager oversees assigned brick and mortar and mobile branches. This position provides leadership and direction to Branch and Mobile Unit Managers. Responsible for quality customer service, lead growth initiatives, assist with operational integrity, build brand awareness in the community, manage profitability, expense, and loss control. Responsible for manager selection and manager development. This role will require the ability to travel a minimum of 50% of the time to support branches and teams.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of five years’ supervisory experience.
- Through knowledge of operational policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with customers and employees.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite experience.
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Willingness and ability to travel a minimum of 50% of the time.
- Use of own car for travel and appointments.
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to represent the Bank in a professional capacity at professional and networking functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; Business or related field
- Five years’ directly related experience in a Financial Institution in Teller Operations
