Regional Photo Manager

Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing personnel, daily operations, and business strategy for locations within the region.
Ensure delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs), encompassing guest/customer satisfaction, financial metrics (including P&L, profitability, labor usage), etc.
Accountable for the supervision of employee training and development, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
Responsible for safety of staff and ensuring that immediate work areas are free from dangerous objects and staff are working in a safe, responsible manner always.
Must maintain regular communication with our business to business (B2B) clients, ensuring healthy relationships and regional growth.
Specific Responsibilities
- Foster a constructive and collaborative atmosphere while upholding our fundamental values and policies.
- Partner with each Assistant Site Manager to ensure sales and profitability targets are exceeded.
- Analyze daily sales activity and reports, creating action plans for continued growth across the region.
- Develop yearly sales and labor budgets in partnership with site assistant managers.
- Integral in monthly P&L reviews for all locations within region.
- Prepare location specific procedures to ensure organized and timely opening and closings, accurate inventory levels, and site-specific reporting are completed.
- Oversee the recruitment cycle, from sourcing potential candidates to to finalizing job offers.
- Formulate and implement innovative recruitment strategies aimed at attracting high-caliber talent.
- Utilize various hiring platforms, universities, and social media to strengthen candidate pipeline.
- Review applications, orchestrate interviews (both telephonic and in-person), and oversee the assessment of candidates.
- Ensure region has optimum staffing levels, while continuously monitoring labor effectiveness.
- Coach and develop staff in both proper photo capture techniques and upselling sales tactics.
- Work with Assistant Managers to continually build their leadership skills and develop deeper management bench strength.
- Ensure site cleanliness, employee uniform, and guest service delivery exceeds company and location standards.
- Manage complete and accurate reporting according to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe working environment, by reporting dangerous/suspicious items or persons to venue management.
- Ensure staff follow venue safety rules and are working in a safe manner always.
- Ensure proper staff scheduling are being completed and communicated on-time.
- Consistently engage in communication and collaboration with colleagues to ensure alignment and strategic coherence across all regions.
- Establish and maintain positive and successful relations with all venue B2B clients.
- Protect company confidential data and ensure secure areas are always locked, this includes company computers containing sensitive data, safes and filing cabinets.
- Assist with all functions within a photo location in compliance with NXT Capture policies and procedures.
- Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4 years of leadership experience in theme park, hospitality, retail management or another environment with a strong customer focus background.
- Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate/mentor, communicate, and generally interact with people in a positive way.
- Professional, energetic, and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze results, plan, make good decisions, and take responsibility.
- Able to work in outdoor/indoor environments.
- Reliable transportation for travel within assigned region
- Working knowledge of computers and applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Physical Requirements

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
