Bank Midwest is seeking a part-time Retail Associate (Bank Teller) in our Windom, Minnesota branch. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work 4-5 hours/day during the day. This position comes with benefits!
Responsibilities / Duties:
- Perform a variety of routine banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, handling payments, etc.).
- Perform additional customer services, including cashier checks, money orders, safe deposit box entry, etc.
- Ensure customer's requests are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote banking services and products.
Competencies:
- Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a team environment.
- Strong PC skills (i.e., Microsoft) and basic math skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED, vocational training or equivalent.
